What is our Return Policy?

If you change your mind about your order and would like to return any product, you have 7 days from the date you received your order. 

Please note all return items need to be unused and in original condition. 

Please contact us by email or wechat before you return the items.

When sending back via post, please pack carefully to ensure safe delivery. Postal charges on returns are non-refundable and any exchanges will incur additional postage. Please ensure to enclose your name and order number so we can get in touch with you as soon as we receive your parcel.

Receiving a Refund

You can choose to receive your refund either as store credit to your Raku account or back to the original payment method.

Once your return is received and checked by the Raku team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, whether it is eligible for a refund. We will then process the refund based on your preferred refund method. 

 Please note the refund back to the original payment method can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between each payment provider. 

Sale items are exempt from refunds.

Damages and issues:

Please carefully inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If products are misused we will not accept responsibility for any damage caused. So please read care instructions on items, we will not accept returns for any damage done.

All products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags attached to them (if applicable). This includes all packaging, accessories and authenticity cards/dust bag (if applicable). We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows sign of use or has been used from its original condition in any way or, as an alternative, may reduce the amount of any applicable refund accordingly.
